Whether we are investing our time and expertise volunteering for good causes, sponsoring events that build a stronger nation or putting funds to work in social investment projects, FNB people are committed to bettering the lives of all South Africans.

FNB Volunteer Programme
The FNB Employee Volunteers Programme was launched in December 2002 as part of the FirstRand Employee Volunteers Programme. It supports our spirit of giving and encourages employees to volunteer time and expertise in supporting good causes.

FNB people support community development projects of their choice, and help communities help themselves. Volunteers share their knowledge and skills, and support income-generating projects such as vegetable tunnels and bread ovens, in addition to making donations to disadvantaged communities.

In the true spirit of ‘How can we help you?’ FNB Volunteers have donated over R3.68 million to charities of their choice, which has been matched, rand for rand, to just over R7 million through the FirstRand Volunteers Programme’s matching programme.
