Segment approach
We employ market segmentation in managing our business and provide services customised to the diverse needs of our clients. Segmentation involves grouping the market into different components according to similar characteristics, such as the income an individual earns or the size of a company’s turnover. The different segments are serviced by the following product houses:

Branch network
FNB’s branch banking network is generally segmented according to South Africa’s provincial boundaries, except for Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, the Northern Cape and Free State. Each province has a dedicated management team.
