Currently, around a third of our senior managers, around half of middle management
and 80% of non-managerial staff are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
In total, 72% of FNB employees are from historically disadvantaged backgrounds.
In terms of gender, around a third of senior managers and just over half of middle
managers are women. And women employees at non-managerial level account for around
70% of our workforce.
