The building complements the surrounding landscape, being finished in
earthy colours and green-tinted glass. The bold sculptured statement
of the exterior is continued inside, with modern interior design
elements and liberal use of colour and artistic features creating
an inviting space ready to be explored.
The entire building sits on two super basements with parking for
1 600 cars, with an additional 1 250 parking bays at ground level.
The third basement level houses a centralised and shared HVAC room.
